Viewgrow provides a collaborative advertising platform that enables businesses to pool resources and run collective advertising campaigns to increase WhatsApp views and visibility. Our service includes:

• Formation of advertising rounds with multiple participants
• Collective campaign management and execution
• Shared cost distribution among participants
• Performance tracking and reporting
• Technical support for campaign execution

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Operate a legitimate business
• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Payment Terms

• All fees are stated in the currency specified during the payment process
• Payments must be made in full before participation in any advertising round
• We use third-party payment processors; you agree to their terms as well
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service

5.2 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service:

• Once an advertising round has started, no refunds will be issued
• If a round fails to reach minimum participation, full refunds will be issued
• Refund requests must be submitted before the round start date
• Processing fees may be deducted from refunds as applicable

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect ongoing rounds but may apply to future participation.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of Viewgrow, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate business information for advertising campaigns
• Maintain appropriate business conduct with contacts gained through the Service
• Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and applicable laws
• Not engage in spamming or unethical marketing practices
• Respect the privacy of other participants

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Promote illegal activities or products
• Spread malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use bots, automated systems, or fake accounts
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Violate intellectual property rights

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Viewgrow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you provide for advertising campaigns. By submitting content, you grant Viewgrow a license to use, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service.

8.3 Trademarks

"Viewgrow" and related logos are trademarks of Viewgrow. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the six months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Requests by law enforcement
• Technical or security issues

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Process

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between parties
2. Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
3. If mediation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with Nigerian arbitration laws

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
